The firm went into further detail about the capabilities that consumers may anticipate seeing with the launch of Zoom Workplace in a blog post. According to the business, the platform’s main advantage is a unified interface for collaboration and communication that would “create productivity gains and reduce silos.” Users will see that the AI Companion is integrated to allow well-known capabilities including email drafts, chat composition, and meeting summaries. Additionally, Zoom is launching a new feature called Ask AI Companion, which will allow users to assign simple chores to the assistant and ask it questions. Additionally, there has been a revamp of the pre-call, in-call, and post-call meeting experiences overall.
