Nothing Ear 3 could be released shortly. Although the product and debut date are still unknown, the UK-based firm recently released a teaser on social media that suggested the release of a new product. Presumably, it will be the Nothing Ear 3. In 2021, Nothing introduced the Nothing Ear 1, their first true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones. In 2022, the Nothing Ear 2 was revealed. It is anticipated that the translucent design of the Nothing Ear 3 earbuds would not change from its predecessors.

On Wednesday, the UK-based business teased a video on X. A frog is shown jumping over a black insect in the teaser. The Nothing Ear 2’s mascot was a black bug. The next generation of wireless earbuds may be on the way, according to the teaser. The frog may serve as the Ear 3’s mascot.

Since November of last year, there have been rumors about the Nothing Ear 3. Prior rumors stated that they will officially launch in January 2024.

Nothing began operations in July 2021 with the release of the transparent Ear 1 true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones, which retailed for Rs. 5,999. The Nothing Ear 2 is the replacement for the high-end active noise cancellation (ANC) earphones that were released in March 2022.

It is anticipated that the Nothing Ear 3 will offer significant improvements over the Ear 2 earphones. In India, the latter are priced at Rs. 9,999.

Each earpiece of the Nothing Ear 2 is equipped with three AI-backed microphones and has an 11.6mm bespoke driver. They claim to be able to reduce background noise by up to 40dB with their active noise cancellation feature. The earbuds support LHDC 5.0, AAC, and SBC Bluetooth codecs and are equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 connection.

The housing is built to IP55 standards, however the earpieces only have an IP54 grade for dust and water protection. Each Nothing Ear 2 earpiece has a 33mAh battery, while the charging case has a 485mAh battery.
